Min 3 yr of Sales, Coordinating experience, Should be able to do self-correspondence, Excellent Communication Skills in English, Kannada & Hindi. Good in MS- Excel, Gmail and IELTS , TOEFL and PTE Test Knowledge is compulsory ,Coordinating with national and International Customers, Punctual and disciplined.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to provide information about admission procedures and courses offered, properly conveying the benefits of enrolling with Master prep. Provide such information through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and achieve the performance goals. Act as the interface for all customers till conversion.
- Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads from other sources and referrals. Especially Visit Schools for Tie ups and Coordinate with Counselors and Local Immigration Agencies.
Capture accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely enter it in the system, Conducting Mock Tests, Correcting Tests, Sending test results via Email/Sms.
Maintain inventory accurately and timely issue books to students
Launch batches as per the plan and effectively communicate the dates and times of the batches to the students and parents and Proactively up-sell and cross-sell relevant products
- Provide assistance and information to faculty, staff and outside organizations regarding center Batches and Courses; maintain contact via telephone or written correspondence.
